Sebastian Blake has released his brand new cinematic style video for the brand new song #OneDay taken from the hugely anticipated forthcoming #SP ‘LOTUS‘ under The label ‘Laboremus Records‘.

The video has quite an impacting opener, it shows how sometimes relationships are not all a bed of roses, but with love and understanding, from both parties it can be worked on.
The scene is of a couple arguing in the kitchen where she is seemingly taking care of some of the daily household chores and he’s just arrived home after a long day.
This story in the video is about how time is so precious, it reflects over the things they’ve done together as a loving couple, and the bond and love they share on a daily basis, yet it also reflects how demanding it is as a working musician. Showing the attraction of being with a musician is ok, but it has a flipside.
As the story unfolds, it shows even though he can’t always return the calls or messages as soon as he’d like, he will do anything to keep the love / relationship alive.
The opening line is “Baby I’m working 9 to 5, I can’t always return your calls, when you call me” the video mainly reflects on the good times and how his feelings are only for her, he just can’t give it all.
Make of it what you will, but I’m sure there are some connections that can be made here, one way or another. Basically I think the message here is about trust, loyalty and appreciating the precious time spent and shared together during relationships and try not to be so demanding, I think the word I’m looking for is compassion.
